ALQUERIA CORPORATION was established by the Soriano Family to initially invest and develop a resort property in Naga City. Over a short period of time it has realized the potential of leasing some of its prime properties located around the Bicol Region.
In the coming years, it aims to acquire strategic assets in the region for potential investments and expansion.
